    Hi,

Can you please comment on this question?

I would like to know if there is any way to quit/exit or log out once the participant has entered all the data and clicked “save”.

Or, is there an option to add a note thanking the participant and letting him know that the process of entering is complete and they can close the window?

With my current settings, the only note displayed is “Your information has been updated.”

    Thanks,
    Jay

Hi Jay, I’m sorry I missed your post before.

The plugin doesn’t have a login, it doesn’t work like that, you just have the private link. Now, I don’t know about closing your window, if you’re using a pop-up or something for this, you’ll have to handle that with javascript.

However, if you want the submitted form to go to another page afterwards, you can use the “action” attribute to send the user to that page after they submit the form.

    [pdb_record action=”record-update-thanks”]

    or something like that

    Hi Xnau,

Thank you for taking time to reply to my question.

Your suggestion is good for me. I just want to be able to take the participant to another page once he/she has clicked “save”.

    Cheers,
    Jay
