Lost all social share counts when moving from wordpress.com

    Hi all,
    a few days ago I moved my wp.com blog self hosted. I had my own domain in use already on wp.com, and all my links seem to work normally after migration, without using a separate plugin. Even if the link urls are working, I lost all my social share counts, which is quite frustrating. I have tried to search for a solution, but I haven’t found any.

    I have a bilingual blog (Finnish and English). On wp.com I used to separate my two languages by categories, but now I use Polylang for it. Is there a chance this would be the reason why my social share counts are lost? And is there any way of bringing them back?
