Website is loading extremely slow

I REALLY need help with my website.

I’ve tried disabling all plugins but it doesn’t change much (I have like 8 plugins total). The site is taking up to 10-12 seconds to load sometimes and the site isn’t even a heavy site? it’s only 3 background images that’s kind of big but the rest is only text, what’s happening?
