AO doesn't combine these JS scripts

Hi Frank,
Do you know why AO isn’t combining these JS files? I’m using the GTMetrix to check this and it’s shown under Defer parsing of JS.
I think they are from Adsense, Facebook and 2 more other plugins (optnmnstr and campusexplorer).

The weird thing is sometimes GTMetrix doesn’t show the exact same files if I check it again.
For example, I check it 1 minute later and this is what it shows.
