Do not have permissions to view as creator.

By default WP Statistics only is visible to administrators (those with the manage_options permission), when you say “creator” do you mean the account you installed the plugin as or as a WordPress editor?

Have you had WP Statistics installed before? If so the old configuration may still be in the database, see this thread for where to look:

I am using the account we created wordpress with. Which I would figure has admin privileges? No, I have not had it installed before.

Do you see anything in the wp admin menu? Can you access the settings?

If not do you have access to phpMyAdmin or a similar SQL tool?

If so run the following query:

SELECT * FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE 'wp_statistics'

if it returns a row try and delete it (this will reset all of your options back to defaults.
