    Hi,

I recently setup my cloudfront CDN with W3tc and have come upon something rather strange.
Most of the product pictures on my site are loaded via the Cloudfront distribution, however for some reason several aren’t.
All products have the same configuration so Im not quite sure what is causing this descrepancy. Directly on the frontpage you will notice that not all of the product pictures are loaded via the distribution but rather some still are loaded from my server.
    The site is cormilu.com.br
    Any ideas?

    Thanks for your help.
    BR,
    Amir

  • Is your CloudFront CDN set to be push or pull?

If its pull it will only pull the resources when they have been requested once or a couple of times. A push CDN will upload the files to the CDN as soon as you have uploaded them onto your site.

I have it set for pull.
All images have been requested multiple times already.

Try setting it to push that might prove to be more useful.

Thanks Destac, Ill give it a shot.

    any luck with this?
I found that the push CDN was much faster but had issues with cached/minified CSS/JS not loading and getting tons of 403 errors (couldn’t find the files)

    Hi,
I’m now using a generic mirror pull instead of the cloudfront push or pull option. Works the best for me
