Show replies to parent comment

Hello! I came across your plugin and it’s exactly what I need… but backward! What I am looking for is a way to show any replies to a particular comment. For instance, a blog that gets a high volume of comments wants to be able to see in the dashboard if a comment has been replied to. So I need a dropdown just like on this plugin that doesn’t show the parent comment of a reply, but that shows the replies to a parent comment. Does that make sense?

I understand this is out of the scope of this particular plugin, but I was wondering if you knew of a solution for this or if you had any suggestions for implementing it.
