In your theme options > shop settings do you have the sidebar set on?

It looks like the sidebar is not enabled on your shop page? If you try to enable a different sidebar does it show?

By going to apperance > theme options > shop settings the very first option is if you want to enable the sidebar can you make sure the second image is clicked?
