HTML in field description locks me out of field edit screen

    Clarification: it just stalls in the loading of the edit page for that field. I was editing “Password”.

    Can you tell me what html link did you tried to add in the Description of the Password Field?

    You can’t delete or edit this field?

    Thanks for your response.

    First I used <a href="https://strongpasswordgenerator.com/">Password Generator</a> on the Default – Password Description.

    That locked me out and causes a continual loading… situation for that field. (grayed out and rotating loading graphic goes forever. Other fields I could and still can open.

    So I put some text with no special characters in Default – Last Name Description. Same result.

    I can open any field I’ve not edited, but none that I have edited.

    Hi,

    Can you try to disable all other plugins and use a default WordPress theme? I think there is conflict.

    If this doesn’t fix the issue please submit a support ticket.

    I have deactivated plugins and activated theme 2015, same issue. I’ll submit a support ticket. Thanks.
