• I’m playing with a Unyson-based theme here:
    https://lightpublications.com/demo/

I have an already existing website (https://transmitjoy.com) that I’d like to use it on. I don’t want to try and figure out which pages/posts go where.

I’ve tried exporting pages and importing them, but it seems to lose all the unyson formatting.

Also, when I revert to the old theme:
    1) The theme won’t customize until I deactivate Unyson
    2) The book theme extensions (like a simple header) vanish.

It makes it very difficult to demo/test a site…

Is there a way to copy unyson pages and paste them into another page. Recreating everything from scratch sucks.

    Hello barkminder,

You can install the Backup & Demo Content extension, create a Content Backup, download it, uploadit to another site, and restore it.

Can we just export a page?
Because of it’s truly hurt to copy a page (with lots of elements and settings) to live site, (note that in most of my case, I can not override all my live site data)
    Thank you for your time!

We also ask for the feature to export a selected page(s) or post(s) or other element post types unyson uses .. we lost a lot of money purchasing a theme with this lost functionality
