API Url with POST method

Sorry, I an not very familiar with API, but my API URL is “https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/jr3.0/Openings/OpeningsJson?OrgId=526145” it needs to use the POST to get in order to out the JSON format data. I wonder if this plugin can do the work. Thank You.
