  • Hi

    This is easy ??

You can add the screenshot and/or the banner in your SVN folder called assets!

You have some instructions to follow and it’s good if you can take a look in this guideline from WordPress documentation: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/about/faq/

Back here if you need any assistance!

If you need to know about the screenshots, follow the same way. There will be specifications.

And if you want an icon, just follow this link and you will understand very well how to do this

    Nice tutorials! So thanks! ??

But it seems I need to wait a while… how long, is it possible to say?

    Look to my directory:

    https://plugins.svn.www.ads-software.com/add-to-post-footer/

I made a mistake in add assets inside trunk too, how can I remove this directory and keep just assets in the root?

And to update the server directories I just need to update my local ones and run svn up, don’t I?

Ok I feel like i am lost here – I have been looking every where on my pages to see where I can edit them and install plug ins- where is this?
    Help!

    Hi crowned hair,
To edit and add plugins, you need to log in to the admin area as an admin user. Assuming your WordPress is installed in the root of your domain, login at www.example.com/wp-login.php. If your WordPress is installed in a sub-folder, you need to include the path to that sub-folder.

After you log in, you should be taken to the ‘Dashboard’. Some themes and plugins redirect log ins elsewhere, you can usually get to the dashboard with www.example.com/wp-admin/. From the dashboard you can access all admin functions using the vertical menu on the left.

To see a list of pages, click “Pages” on the menu. On the subsequent pages list, hover over the page title you want to edit and several action links will appear, click “Edit”.

To add plugins, hover over the “Plugins” menu item, then click “Add New”. Find the plugin you want, then click the “Install Now” button. Once the plugin is installed, to use it click “Activate”.

You are indeed lost, which is fine, we all need to start learning somewhere ?? FYI, in these help forums, we ask that you start your own topic instead of tagging on to someone else’s. This allows us to focus on your particular issue and not confuse the help someone else is receiving.

Also, this Hacks sub-forum is intended for people with some coding experience getting help to customize their installation by writing their own code. For general help such as you are seeking, please use the How-To and Troubleshooting forum.

Don’t worry, you’ll learn your way around soon enough. Welcome to the WordPress community!

Hey people, thanks for help, but nothing worked. I wanna reset my SVN, is it possible. Reset, set it empty and follow all initial steps again. How can I do that? How can I delete everything there? Thanks
