image not displaying

    Hi there,

    The image you have configured in the plugin does not exist (xtremecsc.com/media/2015/12/xtreme-header-300x41.jpg) that’s why it’s not shown.

    Please check and change the configuration adding a valid image.

    hi, I have tried with several images. I also tried to link to one with a url and it is not working..

    Hi there,

    Could you please configure an image that exists on the site? At the moment the configures image is still xtremecsc.com/media/2015/12/xtreme-header-300x41.jpg which does not exist and throws an 404 error.

    In order to trace this issue, we would need you to make this change.

    Hi I have added an image from the media library.
    The url is https://xtremecsc.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/logo-small.jpg
    it seems to be changing the url to https://xtremecsc.com/media/2016/04/logo-small.jpg which is why it is not being found….

    Hi there,

    Both images return a 404 not found code. Can you check this please?

    The plugin uses the uploads path defined in WordPress / functions.php so there shoudl not be any change when choosing the image from the gallery.

    Nevertheless you can also try to paste the URL directly.

    We have been testing everything in some of our installations and we can’t reproduce these problems.
