Tried to update and the plugin disappeared

    I’ve been very happy with Updraft Plus. I saw today that there was a new version available (1.12.4) so I backed up my wordpress site (running WP 4.4.2) successfully and then went to update the plugging. I got an error that the update had failed, which I foolishly didn’t capture, but the error message was something to the effect that the plugin had been deactivated because the update had failed. Updraft Plus no longer appears on my plugin list, but I can’t reinstall it; I get the error:

    Destination folder already exists. D:/inetpub/urbangleaners/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/

    But I can’t revert to my saved version, because I don’t have Updraft Plus as a plugin anymore!
