Can't save Delete Options

Does the button for saving say “Save Delete Options” or something else? If it’s something else, you might have the very odd error described in the “nothing sticks” question here:

If that’s not the case, then you may have run into a bug, and I’ll need to look at it with you in more depth. There shouldn’t be any fuss there. It just should turn on and off.
