Line spacing too wide

I usually write the ingredients for my recipes on Word then copy/paste them onto my draft blog. Until yesterday, they transposed perfectly with no large gap between each ingredient but now they have a huge gap like a paragraph. I’ve tried amending Word but it makes no difference.

Can anyone offer this novice any advice to get my lines of ingredients closer together?
