    Hello,

I tested it and was able to reproduce the error.

We will investigate and try to make a fix.

Thanks Tracy, when can I expect the issue to be fixed? I’m using the plugin on a client’s site and she’s anxious to get it up, it’s already been a week.

    Hi Alexis,

    I’m sorry but I can’t guarantee a specific timeline.

We work on the free plugin in between client work and there are also other items on our to-do list.

We are also working on our own pop-up ads on that we hope to make live soon.

    Thank you!

    Hi Alex,

What are the form fields that you have assigned to the form?

Additionally, are you seeing this error in the admin preview or on the front end of your site?

When I setup a test popup (front end), and have an email field and a name field – I am not seeing the error – the opt-in form displays perfectly fine.

On the dashboard however, I am seeing the error that you state.

Additionally, On the front end – When I have a date field, the popup runs into a javascript error and doesn’t popup at all.

    Thanks,
    Evan

Hey Evan, the form uses the first, last, & email fields.
It looks like the error may just be in preview mode – when I fully activated it, the form seemed to work just fine.

    Thanks for following up!

No problem at all. I’m still going to take a look into this and try and figure out why this would be happening in the preview as opposed to the front end. It may have something to do with the shortcode parameter ‘form’ or the global $_GET variable.

    Thanks,
    Evan
