Login/Logout with AJAX Login & Register

I’m using the plugin ‘AJAX Login & Register’ which requires you to create a page and add their login shortcode to the login page and a Register page with their register shortcode. Unforunately this makes it so none of the login/logout plugins and hard coding works with it.

If any of you possibly have a solution, that would be fantastic! I would like the login to say logout in the menu nav and the register link to be gone after login.
