    Hello!

I need a little support to start using All-in-One WP Migration. Just want to ‘clone’ my current working WP install to another folder on the same server to be able to use it as a test-site.

The “working” WP is installed in it’s own folder “/wordpress” exactly as described in “Using a pre-existing subdirectory install” doc: the index.php was copied to the root of the server (I’m using “https://example.com” url to access this WP instance). I want to copy this WP instance in “/wordpress1” folder on the same server without copying index.php to the root again, to be able to access the test instance like this: “https://example/wordpress1”.

What do I need to search/replace in the database to be able to do this?

Thank you in advance for your help. Sorry for rare dull explanation, I’m ready to provide all possible explanations if needed! (WP 4.5, All-in-One WP Migration 5.40)

    Hi Valery Kondakoff,

Thank you so much for reaching out.
You do not have to use Find/Replace to be able to do the mentioned migration, just export, import and it will work.
Please let me know how it goes.

    Hello, Pim!

Thank you for helping me. Unfortunately, I’m still unable to migrate, because All-in-One WP Migration gets stuck when importing on Restoring Database phase. I tried to import twice, but no success yet.

The entire export file is 230MB, I think database is around 80MB (bbPress forums). The mySQL connect timeout is set to 60. Here is what I have found in error.log: “Apr 15 2016 07:25:26
{“Number”:2,”Message”:”stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to tcp:\/\/127.5.75.8:80 (Connection refused)”,”File”:”\/pub\/home\/rugby75\/htdocs\/wp1\/wp-content\/plugins\/all-in-one-wp-migration\/lib\/model\/class-ai1wm-streams.php”,”Line”:146}”

Do you have any idea what may be wrong?
