Swipebox bad position on webkit browser (Safari, Chrome)

    I have a strange problem with the Swipebox functionality. On Safari and Chrome (both desktop and mobile) the Swipebox opens at the top of the page when I’m at the top of the page. If I scroll down, the overlay stays on top. It seems like it is not positioned correctly, because it is not filling my viewport, it just stays on the top. On mobile, the overlay fill the whole page (not just the viewport), and the image is at the vertical middle of the page (as it should, but the overlay should fill only the viewport). With the other options, I don’t have this error, but I have to use the Swipebox effect. On Firefox, everything is working fine, both desktop and mobile.

    I started to see this error yesterday, when I made the update to WordPress 4.5.
