My theme drop-down menus are not working

Hello everyone
The drop-down menus on my website are not working after the update. I contacted theme support and he advised to add a javascript file. After adding this file, he advised that he could see the drop-down menus from his browser, however, I cannot view them on my browser. I have tried to view them from several other Operating systems and browsers but with no luck ??

I have done the following:
– I have cleared browser and cloudfare cache
– I deactivated all my plugins and re-enabled one by one but this did not make a difference.
– I deleted and re-installed wordpress.
– I also have the latest version of Visual Composer.
– I performed a troubleshooting action – here is the link to the errors I obtained.

Please could anyone advise what could have gone wrong, because I do not know what to do. Neither does themesupport.
