Voting and Rating System – Plugin?

Hi there, I need to have in the same website a system that allows me to, signed in people, to rate a certain number of posts, I have 4 posts and I need people to log in and then rate those posts, this can be achieved with stars, hearts, thumbs up, etc. At the same time, in the same website, I need an user level that goes to the site, signs in and then vote on those posts, for example, I go there as a judge (?) and then vote the 1st post on a scale of 1 to 5 3, and the second one 5 the third one 1, so on so on, my question, is this possible without to much of a hassle? Is there a plugin that allows me or do I ned to combine 2 or 3 different plugins?
