Strage characters in title with Facebook share

So, i have an addthis.com account and i this AddThis plugin installed. But when i go to an article and click on the Facebook share button, the title of the article replaces things such as ” ” with ’ etc. Here’s an example article: https://earmilk.com/2016/04/15/bibio-chats-on-new-music-inspiration-and-burying-the-word-folktronica-interview/. But it doesn’t do this for Twitter etc. Any idea how i can resolve this?
