Woocommerce (w/global addons) Variables not showing in generated email

Hi! I’m wondering if anyone can help me.

Basically i’m putting a shop on this site and it’s to sell tshirts. (have a look at test product here:

Problem is when the options are selected and it goes through to the generated email the email shows that the variables exist (i.e. says size: colour: name of dancer for backprint*:). It doesn’t, however, display any of the selected parameters or inputted data. How can I resolve this?

Just for the record, the variables are Global Variables as I was have JS issues with variable products (and all products have the same variables). I’m not a developer and the person who developed the site originally created his own theme.
