    Hello Naile,

    it’s difficult to say something without knowing your WP settings. Do you use a permalink structure or do you just have the original urls like p=182 or similar?

    Most of the time the CSS is not working because of some security plugins not allowing too long and weird parameters in the link.

    You could try to have nice links via the permalink settings (if you don’t have already). If the CSS still doesn’t show you can then check the box in the debug section of the advanced settings of the custom login page. By that the styles will be written inline and that should help your problem.
