educator certificates not showing

    i might have found the problem but i dont know how to fix it i cant seem todo : 2. Edit a course and select your certificate template.
    and when i go to my certificates it says it scheduled but i am the admin and only user for the page?(i am running local)

    No certificate templates found.
    and when i try to link it on my course it says ^
