Not loading images/description with my theme/themes

    Hi

    I am not able to get this to load images or information in the lightbox. It adds the button to shop page and adds a loading gif when you click the button, however, nothing loads. I thought it might be theme related but I switched themes and the same is happening.

    Thought it might be a path issue relating to ithemes plugin but have deactivated that but still the same.

    Any ideas what I can try?

    After getting your message I have checked this plugin with Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Sixteen themes and this worked for me. Please deactivate all plugins except woocommerce, wc products quick view and check again. Can you give me the link of your site?
