Popup not working on Mobile Devices

Hi,
I am running Uji 1.4 premium with WordPress 4.5. I just upgraded both (went from free Uji to paid and 4.5 WordPress). My theme is Divi. Here are my issues:
1) Mobile responsiveness seems to have broken. On my iPhone 5s, the CTA button is now partially off the screen. Auto size is checked.
2) When I click the button on my mobile device, the popup does not resize properly to fit the mobile screen. I cannot see the “x” to close the popup and the text does not conform / resize to fit the screen.
3) Checking the box for do not display on mobile does not work.
4) Setting popup width and height creates white bars around the popup.
