    1. What is the front-end form plugin that you are using?

    2. Do you get email from the form submission or do the submission show an error on the web page when submitting?

    3. In the Contact Form DB -> Options page, there is an option to exclude forms from being captures. Is there anything set for that?

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for your reply.

    1. It uses CFDB Plugin
    2. No email received from the submission form. Used to receive up until about two weeks ago, just stopped working. Nobody was actively working in this area to mess it up.
    3. No option selected to not capture data. As mentioned above, form was working, now not anymore.

    1. No, which form plugin that created the form?

Disable CFDB and do a form submission. Do you get the email then? If not then it is an issue with your form plugin. If so, then probably a CFDB issue.

    Hi Michael,

This captured with Contact Form 7 plugin.

We require CFDB to store the data for all submission, we do not wish to deactivate it.

This system worked perfectly fine until recently, no changes were made. What could have been possible causes of this?

You indicated that submissions are not working at all. So deactivating it temporarily to do a test shouldn’t be a problem.
