A plugin to reduct user's credit every time they take the test in my website

The issue is that I want to create a online exam website. For that I want to sell scratch cards that anyone who enters their respective code in the website, they get the credit specified on that scratch card. And once they take any of my exams, the amount that I specify for that exam get reduced from their account.
Any solution?
