How can I create news section in wordpress?

  • Hi,

    I saw 2 websites one is psdtuts.com and another one is noupe.com

    In both of them you can easily see that there is news section. In psdtuts.com its userlinkfeed while they are getting news submitted via outside form.

    Now I want to know that how can I start this section on my website to offer my readers to submit their news. I just cant handle to allow my readers to do a guest post which will convert to the post automatically. Is there any way to do so?
