I want video Upload using File type

I want to upload video using file type in frontend but it not upload in database and but in backend it uploaded. How can i upload in frontend using file type, and i want to insert query to upload video file in database like postmeta-> meta_value and post->Id with parent id and attachment process, and its hook.
