Video Loop Fails

    Hi! Thank you for the great resource.

    I’ve implemented the shortcode successfully, however I’m having problems looping the video. The video plays once through and then upon completion it freezes on the last frame and if the browser is resized the video image disappears and is replaced by a glitchy gray screen of death.

    I’ve attempted to troubleshoot this by using a different video file as a control (other than the one that glitches) and this one loops properly. This said, I assume the problem lays within my video file itself.

    Do you have any best-practice export recommendations (or resources) for videos in use by your plugin?

    Do you have any other thoughts why the video loop fails?

    Sorry for the slow response.

    I have never seen this issue before. Sounds odd that it is only related to the video file itself.

    For best practice, I use https://clipchamp.com and usually export at medium. I like to keep my video files within the 5-8mb range for fast page loading speeds.
