    Hi,

    Can you check the site’s error log file(s) to see what error was reported? It might mean that your host doesn’t support the method we use to load the firewall code.

    If it’s not supported by your host, the firewall will still run within WordPress — the difference in the two modes is described here: Basic WordPress Protection vs. Extended Protection

    I′m waiting for the logs at the moment.

    If I don’t use the firewall (only the firewall), is it possible to delete user.ini and wordfence-waf? Any further files to delete?
