Best plugin/module for special wordpress site

Hello all,
I want to build a site with the following characteristics and I need your help in order to find the best plugin(s) in order to do the job correctly and simply.

Scope of the site. Model/Actor/Singer online agency.

1. REGISTRATION: Those who are interested to become a model/actor/singer etc. will enter the site and will register through a specific membership area. During the registration they should select a package and buy the membership they prefer via paypal, credit card etc. Also during the registration they should upload a primary photo, and add some basic predefined information for their profile.

2. UPON REGISTRATION COMPLETION, the primary photo and some info of their profile will show up in the main page of the site (eg. new models area, new singers area).

On the other hand, visitors will can enter the site, see a full list of the registered members or filtered list (eg. i’m looking for actors), and click on their profile image in order to see more details and contact them.

3. PROFILE UPDATE: Members should also have the option to edit their profile. For example add more photos, change profile image, edit profile info, disable their account for view etc. For every profile modification, administrator should approve before any changes take effect.
