Popup Builder (Video) – no longer working

Just came to check my site today (alhambraoptometrist.com) after the Popup has been working using the iframe link all of a sudden, nothing… The show once is not activated. I tried re-saving some other settings to wake it up, but nothing. Any help would be great.

Before it disappeared, my client also described there was a blank white box that appears behind the video (Internet Explorer) and it stays there even after you click off the video. You have to then click onto a different part of the screen to make this white box disappear, otherwise it blocks the website.

Does any of that make sense?
