unconfirmed activation e-mails

  • I downloaded the plugin called unconfirmed. This plugin is supposed to individually and manually send activation code e-mails to unconfirmed users of my choice. When I go to send these e-mails, a message appears saying that the activation e-mail was successfully sent.
    The problem is the e-mail is never send.
    I have hundreds of users who cannot become members of my site because they never receive their activation codes.
