• Hello

I am new to WordPress (4.2.4) and am working on my company’s website. Currently, we have a navigation with one URL link opening up a lightbox that I believe is ‘Featherlight’. This lightbox opens up a Ninja Form for clients to contact us. My task is to remove the lightbox and make it a regular link. How do I accomplish this. I have gone to the Pages, Appearance > Menus, and Editor but cant seem to figure out how or where the code is located. Again, I’m just barely getting familiar with WP. All the online solution tutorials show featherlight being used as image galleries in posts and etc which is different from what we have.

If you need to check out the website. Here it is: nimblefish.com
The link I want to fix is “Request a Proposal”
Also you’ll notice, when you go to the address (nimblefish.com/request-proposal), the footer is aligned to the right and is different from the rest of the pages. I don’t know how to fix that either. But I believe it has something to do with the lightbox implementation.

  • When you go to: “Pages, Appearance > Menus” what is the last menu item in the list? Is it “Company” or “Request Proposal”?

    it is request proposal

Create New Page add Ninja form shortcode in it and add this page to menu.

This menu item in the menu builder, does it say “custom link” at the right end? There should be a down arrow to click, and this will expose a url field which you can edit.

If this idea fails, just delete this link, then add a new custom link from the menu on the left of the menu builder.

@iorro – i dont see the custom link on the right end and i dont see a new custom link from the menu on left.
@ahir – what do you mean add ninja form shortcode?

oh i think i figured it out with ahir’s solution. I made a new page and appended the ninja form. Then I deleted the navigation link to old page and added new page. This fixed all my problems wit the lightbox and issue with selecting certain inputs on the page. Thanks!

    Hey
glad to help you!! mark this thread resolve!!!
