@juergen Schulze – Can you elaborate or give us a screenshot. By default no selected condition = “On Entire Site”, but there should be a dropdown to choose a condition with, then once the first is chosen you can add additional conditions.

I would check for PHP & JS errors as those will indicate what the issue is.

    Hope that helps.

@juergen Schulze – Hmm. Haven’t seen that before. Would it be possible to get temporary admin credentials to see what is going on as well as what may be causing it. If so you can submit them securely at https://wppopupmaker.com/support.

@@Juergen Schulze – Can you try v1.4.8 and see if this is still occurring?

Same issue going on here – and I am updated with 1.4.8.

@jeremiah Lawrence – Hmm, do you see any JS errors occuring?

I’m having the same issue as well. No JS errors in the console. v1.4.8 with WordPress 4.5.1, running a Sage custom theme.

@mrshim – Hmm, I have that exact setup right now for another project(sage starter theme, popup maker, wp latest) and just tested it. That project is even a Multi Network (not multisite) install.

Cannot duplicate this, can you all by chance post a list of plugins your using, maybe something will be on all the lists that we can check out.

    Same problems with newest Update.
Now, when creating a new popup, there is the same “nothing to select” problem with triggers and cookies selection. There is simply nothing to chose from.
I am using a local domain “turnkey”. Maybe there is any faulty regex not checking for top level domains missing?
Or maybe a wrong encoding? No UTF8? I am using special german characters

    (@danieliser)

@juergen Schulze – That shouldn’t be the case as we do everything as closely as possible to the WP way, so if core works fine so should ours in terms of strings and encoding etc.

Can you get a list of installed plugins/active theme, and check your browser console for JS errors on that editor page. There is a conflict happening there, but I am thinking it has to be in PHP as those particular selectboxes don’t require JS to work.

    Hi
just wanted you to know that it seems to work again after one of the last two updates.
    Thanks for your efforts.

@juergen Schulze – Thanks for letting us know. Glad it was solved either way. Please take a moment to rate and review the plugin and or support.
