New Order – Agent License Does not Show in Account License

I don’t wish to be impatient but I am wondering if should cancel my order through PayPal or address this some other way..?

I paid $125 for two addons in order232872. (Power Tools and Agents)

Only Power Tools is in my account – and- the license key provided with Power Tools does not work.

“There was an error making activation request for WP-Property: Power Tools: No matching API license key exists. Activation error”

As it has been over 2 hours since I paid for the service and identified that it wasn’t delivered properly, I’d appreciate knowing how best to address this. thank you.
