Is this possible with this plugin?

I’m planning to build a new homepage for my team and am looking for a “Meet the team” plugin. But all the plugins I looked at so far were unusuable, cause I need them to do something very specific.
I want to show all team members by year AND by role.
So with this addon, I’d set up the categories as 2014, 2015, 2016, to show the different team members by year (some people were active in more than 1 year).I’d also love to be able to show different roles (Full members, trainees, other etc). With some plugins, those things are “filterable”. Is there a way to do this in this plugin? Also, as an added challenge, some persons were trainees in 2015 and full members in 2016. This should be reflected on the page.
To summarize. I’d love to have something like this
2014 members
[All] [Role 1] [Role 2] (<– filters)
Person A [Role 1 – hide if Role 2 is selected]
Person B [Role 2 – hide if Role 1 is selected]2015 members
[All] [Role 1] [Role 2] (<– filters)
Person A [Role 2 – hide if Role 1 is selected] SAME PERSON AS PREVIOUS YEAR!)
Person C [Role 1 – hide if Role 2 is selected]etc.
