Unable To Install Plugins or themes in Admin panel

  • Good day,
    I keep getting this error each time i want to install a plugin or a theme or even plugin that has to do with server like wordfence.
    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
    Please how do i solve this?

  • You need to talk to your webhost; your host has outgoing connections to www.ads-software.com blocked. That’s why your WordPress install can’t access www.ads-software.com’s theme and plugins directories.
