[Plugin: Post Thumbnail Editor] Cropping Not Working

As you can see on my homepage (the first thumbnail that appears), cropping is not working. I asked for that image to be cropped so that only part of it was visible as a thumbnail, and yet the entire image appears (which, in turn, doesn’t take up the entire thumbnail box on the homepage).

Any ideas why? Thank you!
