I don’t think it is though. When I upgraded to WP 4.5 that’s when this started.

I don’t know for sure since I don’t see a link to your website but generally speaking, if a “page builder” is not working, it’s a often theme or plugin issue–might need an adjustment. Tesseract is not a theme available in the www.ads-software.com theme area.
