error message after form submit

Hello all,

I previously used jetpack’s contact form and switched to contact form 7. I’m also using contact form db for the database of the website. I tried to configure the contact form using the recommended settings, tested the form but though the data is captured, it gets the red error message.

There are also some instances that data loads slowly upon clicking the submit button, and doesn’t have any messages but the data has been captured.

Is there anything I can do with this?
