    Hi Miguel,

    Sounds like there may be a JS conflict with your theme or one of you plugins.
    Do you have an error displayed in your browser’s console?
    Could you post it please.

    When I push the buttom, nothing works and nothing displays, It continued showing short-code generating form.

    I could find the problem. It was a conflict with Relative URL plugin. I delete this plugin and now it works
