    Hi, your plugin works really nice!
    I think it would be wonderfull also
    – if you add a ‘category filter’ in the article widget.
    – if in settings, beside ‘Knowledgebase Slug’ you could add a ‘Knowledgebase Menu Name’. This way it would work more propertly nameing ‘User Support’ menu with categories as ‘Instruction Help Notes’, ‘Ticket Support’ or other internal notes
    Anyway you do a really awesome work, thanks for your sharing!
