a problem with the product categories

  • не получается сделать ссылку на товар и на категорию такого вида –
    mysite.com/cat_prefix/cat_name/product_name
    mysite.com/cat_prefix/cat_name
    если так сделать, то на странице категории 404 ошибка

    The category base needs to be unique so WordPress knows its a category and not a product.

    may have the solution to hide from URL prefixes?

    You cannot; they conflict. You need a unique base for categories. This would work:

    mysite.com/cat_name/product_name
mysite.com/cat_prefix/cat_name
