users backup

    Im about to suscribe to the premium version, cause i use your pluggin for long and i am very satisfacted with it
    But please tell me one thing
    I recently add to reinstall entirly my web site
    From 2000 users, i only saved 1300and loose the others one =/
    Is there a folder in my backup where i can find them again?

    The subscribers are stored in your database. Can you get in touch with your web host and ask them if they have any backups?
