mouse wheel scroll not working

    Dear andrew55,

    Scrolling works fine for https://visionrise.com at my end.

    Just to be sure, Please follow below steps:
    1. Go to Settings-> Animate It
    2. Uncheck the property “Hide Vertical Scrollbar”
    3. Save the settings.

    Thanks for the reply. The horizontal “Hide Vertical Scrollbar” was checked, and I unchecked it. I deleted cache (WP Super Cache) and I’m still having issues.

    It’s weird, the scroll vertical bars does work, just not the scroll wheel on the mouse. I’ve tested on several other sites with no issue, so I don’t think it’s the mouse itself.

    Thanks for any suggestions on getting this fixed.

    I tried scrolling your website using mouse wheel at my end and it is working fine.

    Could you please tell any specific scenario when this is happening?

    The mouse wheel just doesn’t scroll for that website for me. I have several other WP websites, which do not have Animate It installed, and the mouse wheel works fine for those websites. I’m not sure if it’s your plugin or another issue. Maybe the mouse wheel has bad mojo on just that site? I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it.
